Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 3 ripe bananas
- 1 flax seed egg 1 tbsp flax seed with 2.5 tbsp water
- 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 2 1/4 cup organic brown sugar
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup oat milk
- 1 1/4 cup almond meal
- 1 1/4 cup gluten free flour blend
- 1 1/4 cup gluten free oats
Instructions
- -Preheat oven to 350 °F
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper
- Make a flax seed egg
- Mash 3 ripe bananas in a large bowl
- Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl
- Stir until combined
- Pour into prepared loaf pan
- Bake for 1 hour
- When golden brown on top the bread is ready
- Let cool completely before cutting
