Chocolate Baked Banana

Chocolate Baked Banana
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbsp dairy free chocolate buttons
- Coconut ice cream to serve

Heat oven to 390 °F

Make a slit through the skin of the banana along one side, making sure you don’t cut all the way through to the other side
- Poke in the chocolate buttons along the cut

Put banana onto a sheet of foil and crimp the edges together to seal into a parcel
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 25 mins, until the banana have turned black
- Serve with a scoop of ice cream and any melted chocolate that has escaped
