Chocolate Baked Banana

 

Chocolate Baked Banana

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 2 tbsp dairy free chocolate buttons
  • Coconut ice cream to serve
  1. Heat oven to 390 °F

  2. Make a slit through the skin of the banana along one side, making sure you don’t cut all the way through to the other side

  3. Poke in the chocolate buttons along the cut
  4. Put banana onto a sheet of foil and crimp the edges together to seal into a parcel

  5. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 25 mins, until the banana have turned black
  6. Serve with a scoop of ice cream and any melted chocolate that has escaped
