Penne Casserole
Ingredients
- 75 g Penne
- 1/2 onion chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp hot pepper flakes
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 cup hemp milk
- 1 small bunch broccolini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 handful vegan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450 F°
- In a pot, bring water with salt to boil
- Add penne and cook according to packaging
- In the meantime cut the stems off the broccolini
- Spread a Casserole dish with olive oil
- Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
- Transfer into casserole dish
- Top with some more vegan cheese
- Bake covered for 25 to 30 minutes
