Roasted Asparagus

 

Roasted Asparagus

  • 1 small bunch asparagus (trimmed and washed)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 pinch ground sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  1. Preheat oven to 400 °F

  2. Place asparagus in a shallow baking dish
  3. Sprinkle with oil, salt, and pepper
  4. Bake in preheated oven until lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes
  5. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar just before serving
