Roasted Asparagus
Ingredients
- 1 small bunch asparagus trimmed and washed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 pinch ground sea salt
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 °F
- Place asparagus in a shallow baking dish
- Sprinkle with oil, salt, and pepper
- Bake in preheated oven until lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes
- Drizzle with balsamic vinegar just before serving
