Rice with beans & fried tofu

Ingredients
- 1 cup white rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 pack silken firm tofu
- 1/2 cup frozen edamame
- 1/2 cups frozen beans
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
- Add rice and water in a pan
- Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes
- Pat the tofu dry
- Slice the pressed tofu into smaller pieces
- Set the skillet over medium-high heat and add oil
- Add all of the tofu in a single layer
- Fry until all sides are browned and crispy
- Set tofu aside and keep the skillet
- Add edamame and beans
- Cook for 10 minutes
- Arrange everything on a plate
