Rice Lentil Balls

Rice Lentil Balls

  • 1 cup green lentils
  • 1/2 cup jasmine rice
  • 2 tbsp spelt flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g spaghetti
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp pepper
  1. Cook lentils and rice together with 3 cups of water for about 20 to 25 minutes
  2. Drain and let cool
  3. Combine lentils and rice with salt, pepper Kurkuma and spelt flour and form 3 even balls with the mixture
  4. Place on a baking sheet and top with some oil
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
  6. Serve with some pasta or zoodles
