Ingredients

  • 1 cup green lentils
  • 1/2 cup jasmine rice
  • 2 tbsp spelt flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 100 g spaghetti
  • 3 cups water
  • 2 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Cook lentils and rice together with 3 cups of water for about 20 to 25 minutes
  • Drain and let cool
  • Combine lentils and rice with salt, pepper Kurkuma and spelt flour and form 3 even balls with the mixture
  • Place on a baking sheet and top with some oil
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
  • Serve with some pasta or zoodles
