Rice Lentil Balls

Rice Lentil Balls

Ingredients
- 1 cup green lentils
- 1/2 cup jasmine rice
- 2 tbsp spelt flour
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 100 g spaghetti
- 3 cups water
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- Cook lentils and rice together with 3 cups of water for about 20 to 25 minutes
- Drain and let cool
- Combine lentils and rice with salt, pepper Kurkuma and spelt flour and form 3 even balls with the mixture
- Place on a baking sheet and top with some oil
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
- Serve with some pasta or zoodles
