Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp crushed walnuts
- 1 tbsp crushed cashews
- 2 pieces toast
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/2 dragon fruit
Instructions
- Mix oatmeal, chia and flaxseeds, walnuts, cashews and milk together in a bowl
- Cover and leave in the fridge over night
- Eat in the morning with toasted toast, fresh cut avocado and dragon fruit
