Love for Breakfast

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp flaxseeds
  • 1 tbsp crushed walnuts
  • 1 tbsp crushed cashews
  • 2 pieces toast
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/2 dragon fruit
  1. Mix oatmeal, chia and flaxseeds, walnuts, cashews and milk together in a bowl
  2. Cover and leave in the fridge over night
  3. Eat in the morning with toasted toast, fresh cut avocado and dragon fruit
