Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 bagels
  • 1 small avocado
  • Some salad

Instructions

  • Toast the bagels
  • Meanwhile half avocado, core and peel
  • Slice into thin slices
  • Cover 2 pieces of the bagel with salad of your choice, I used arugula, and with avocado
  • Cover with the top piece of the bagel
  • Enjoy

Notes

You can add vegan cream cheese ,hummus or coconut butter if it is too dry without  it
