Avocado-White Bean Salad

Avocado-White Bean Salad
- 1 small can white beans
- 1 small can chickpeas
- 1 avocado (chopped)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (cut in halves)
- 1/4 onion (chopped)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh basil to taste
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Mix all the ingredients in a large salad bowl and mix well until combined
- If you like spicy you can add some hot sauce
- Leftover can be kept in the fridge, the avocado won’t turn brown thanks to the fresh lemon juice
