Cinnamon Chia Pudding

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1-2 tbsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Combine chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a glass bowl
- Stir well to combine
- Cover with plastic wrap
- Refrigerate overnight
- Stir well before serving
- Add some granola and raisins
