Cinnamon Chia Pudding

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1-2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup
  1. Combine chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a glass bowl
  2. Stir well to combine
  3. Cover with plastic wrap
  4. Refrigerate overnight
  5. Stir well before serving
  6. Add some granola and raisins
