Overnight Hemp-Oats
Ingredients
- 2 cups oat milk
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 2 tbsp chia seed
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp flax seed
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tbsp agave
- 1 tsp matcha powder
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a jar and leave covered in fridge over night
