Overnight Hemp-Oats

  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp chia seed
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tbsp flax seed
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp agave
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a jar and leave covered in fridge over night
