Grilled Cheese Sandwich

  • 2 slices toast
  • 1/4 cup dairy free mozzarella (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  1. Cover one slice bread with the ingredients and top with the second slice
  2. Add any desired spices
  3. Place it in a panini press, about 3 minutes

I don’t have a panini press so I use my waffle maker 🙂
