Ingredients
- 2 cups oat milk
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- Granola
Instructions
- Whisk oat milk with chia seeds and maple syrup together in a large bowl
- Cover and chill in the fridge for 2 1/2 to 3 hours
- Stir well before serving
- Place into jar, add nut-fruit mix, some bananas and blueberries
