Breakfast Pudding

  • 2 cups oat milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • Granola
  1. Whisk oat milk with chia seeds and maple syrup together in a large bowl
  2. Cover and chill in the fridge for 2 1/2 to 3 hours
  3. Stir well before serving
  4. Place into jar, add nut-fruit mix, some bananas and blueberries
