Chia Pudding

  • 3 cups oat milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds​
  • 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
  1. Whisk milk with chia seeds and maple syrup together in a large bowl
  2. Cover and chill in the fridge for 2 1/2 to 3 hours
  3. Stir well before serving
  4. Add some mashed raspberries and banana slices
