Pasta with Green Pesto

  • 80 g pasta
  • 1 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts
  • 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 Salt
  • 1/4 Black pepper
  1. Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water, according to the packet instructions
  2. Combine the basil, garlic, and pine nuts in a food processor and pulse until chopped
  3. Add the oil and process until fully smooth
  4. Season with salt and pepper
  5. Add the pesto to the pasta , mix well and serve
