Ingredients
- 80 g pasta
- 1 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup pine nuts
- 2/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 Salt
- 1/4 Black pepper
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in a large pan of boiling salted water, according to the packet instructions
- Combine the basil, garlic, and pine nuts in a food processor and pulse until chopped
- Add the oil and process until fully smooth
- Season with salt and pepper
- Add the pesto to the pasta , mix well and serve
