Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Brussels Sprouts

  • 100 g brussels sprouts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp syropy balsamic
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 °F

  2. Trim and half Brussels sprouts
  3. Place on a sheet pan, add oil
  4. Roast the Brussels sprouts for 20 to 30 minutes, until they are tender and nicely browned
  5. Toss once during roasting
  6. Remove from the oven, drizzle immediately with the balsamic
