  • 100 g brussels sprouts
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp syropy balsamic


  • Preheat the oven to 400 °F
  • Trim and half Brussels sprouts
  • Place on a sheet pan, add oil
  • Roast the Brussels sprouts for 20 to 30 minutes, until they are tender and nicely browned
  • Toss once during roasting
  • Remove from the oven, drizzle immediately with the balsamic
