Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients
- 100 g brussels sprouts
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1-2 tbsp syropy balsamic
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 °F
- Trim and half Brussels sprouts
- Place on a sheet pan, add oil
- Roast the Brussels sprouts for 20 to 30 minutes, until they are tender and nicely browned
- Toss once during roasting
- Remove from the oven, drizzle immediately with the balsamic
