Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

  • Pour the milk in a saucepan and bring it to boil
  • Add the oats, cover the saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 10 or 15 minutes
  • Mash the banana and add to oats
  • Place the mixture in a bowl and add the chia seeds, goji berries, cinnamon and maple syrup
