5 Minute Oatmeal

5 Minute Oatmeal

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp goji berries
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  1. Pour the milk in a saucepan and bring it to boil
  2. Add the oats, cover the saucepan and cook over medium heat for about 10 or 15 minutes
  3. Mash the banana and add to oats
  4. Place the mixture in a bowl and add the chia seeds, goji berries, cinnamon and maple syrup
