Vogelheu (literally, bird's hay) is a classic Swiss dinner and the perfect way to use up leftover bread and incorporate seasonal fruits into a meal.It's basically bite-sized french toast.

- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 flaxseed egg
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Some left over hardened bread cut into pieces
- 1 tbsp olive oil
