Cacao Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup oat milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp baking powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients
- Stir well until combined
- Let the batter rest for a few 5 minutes, so your pancakes will be all nice and fluffy
- Heat your oil in a small frying pan over medium heat
- When the oil has heated up, pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the centre of the pan and spread it out evenly
- Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until small bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes and flip
- Cook on the opposite side for 1 to 2 minutes
- Repeat the process with the remaining batter
