Oatmeal Banana Pancakes

Oatmeal Banana Pancakes

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Some coconut oil (for cooking)

Toppings

  • Banana
  • Maple syrup
  • Fresh fruits
  • Nut butter or jam
  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender
  2. Process until completely smooth
  3. Give oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat
  4. Add batter and cook until edges are golden brown, about 2-3 minutes
  5. Flip the pancake and cook for another 2-3 minutes
  6. Repeat until batter is all gone
  7. Enjoy with toppings
