Whipped Coffee

 

Whipped Coffee

  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee of your choice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp organic coconut sugar ( or other raw sugar)
  • 3 tbsp boiling water
  1. Pour milk in a glass and set aside
  2. Whisk coffee and sugar together in a large bowl
  3. Pour in the boiling water
  4. Beat with an electric mixer until thickened and very fluffy, about 3 minutes
  5. Give the whipped coffee mixture into the glass
  6. Stir before drinking to combine the milk and coffee

You can use a stand mixer or a whisk, I prefer the electric mixer because it’s fast and efficient versus a whisk.
