Whipped Coffee

Whipped Coffee
- 1/2 cup oat milk
- 2 tbsp instant coffee of your choice
- 1 1/2 tbsp organic coconut sugar ( or other raw sugar)
- 3 tbsp boiling water
- Pour milk in a glass and set aside
- Whisk coffee and sugar together in a large bowl
- Pour in the boiling water
- Beat with an electric mixer until thickened and very fluffy, about 3 minutes
- Give the whipped coffee mixture into the glass
- Stir before drinking to combine the milk and coffee
You can use a stand mixer or a whisk, I prefer the electric mixer because it’s fast and efficient versus a whisk.
