  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee of your choice
  • 1 1/2 tbsp organic coconut sugar or other raw sugar
  • 3 tbsp boiling water


  • Pour milk in a glass and set aside
  • Whisk coffee and sugar together in a large bowl
  • Pour in the boiling water
  • Beat with an electric mixer until thickened and very fluffy, about 3 minutes
  • Give the whipped coffee mixture into the glass
  • Stir before drinking to combine the milk and coffee


You can use a stand mixer or a whisk, I prefer the electric mixer because it’s fast and efficient versus a whisk.
