Fresh Garden Sandwich

 

Fresh Garden Sandwich

  • 1 handful mixed greens
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/4 cucumber (thinly sliced)
  • 1 to mato (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tbsp pickled onions
  • 1 tbsp vegan pesto
  • 1 tbsp tomato chutney
  • 2 slices bread (of your choice)
  • Pinch of sprouts
  1. Spread both slices with tomato chutney
  2. Layer one slice with cucumbers, tomatoes, onions
  3. Top with pesto
  4. Add the avocado, sprouts and greens

  5. Finish by adding the second bread slice
  6. Enjoy
