Fresh Garden Sandwich

Fresh Garden Sandwich
- 1 handful mixed greens
- 1/2 avocado
- 1/4 cucumber (thinly sliced)
- 1 to mato (thinly sliced)
- 1 tbsp pickled onions
- 1 tbsp vegan pesto
- 1 tbsp tomato chutney
- 2 slices bread (of your choice)
- Pinch of sprouts
- Spread both slices with tomato chutney
- Layer one slice with cucumbers, tomatoes, onions
- Top with pesto

Add the avocado, sprouts and greens
- Finish by adding the second bread slice
- Enjoy
