In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine the flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, and pinch of salt, stir to combine
Mash the bananas with a fork in a small bowl
Next, add the mashed bananas, oil, oat milk and optional vanilla, mix to combine,
Gently fold in the blueberries
Pour the batter into the loaf pan
Place in oven and bake for 50 – 55 minutes Your bread is ready, when the top is golden and toothpick will come out clean

Store the bread covered on the counter for up to 3 days or in the refrigerator up to 1 week. You can also keep your blueberry banana bread in the freezer for up to 3 months 🙂 Yay !
