French Toast

 

French Toast

  • 3 slices of Toast
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp chickpea flour
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • some coconut oil
  • Maple syrup to serve
  1. Mash the banana and combine with the milk, flour, salt and cinnamon
  2. Soak the Toast in it with both sides for 30 seconds
  3. Heat up the oil in a frying pan, when hot add toast and cook both sides until gold brown
  4. Serve with fruits and sweetener of your choice
