Ingredients

  • 2 cups Brussel Sprouts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp balsamic
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Pre-heat oven to 400 F / 200 C
  • Rinse and cut Brussel Sprouts in half
  • In a large bowl, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper
  • Place on a baking sheet
  • Bake for 20 minutes until caramelized. Transfer to a large bowl
  • Mix balsamic vinegar with maple syrup in a separate bowl and then pour over roasted Brussel Sprouts
  • Toss well
