Balsamic Maple Roasted Brussel Sprouts
Brussel Sprouts with this ultimate Balsamic Maple Roasted Brussel Sprouts recipe that is perfect as a side dish or in salads!
Ingredients
- 2 cups Brussel Sprouts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp balsamic
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 400 F / 200 C
- Rinse and cut Brussel Sprouts in half
- In a large bowl, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper
- Place on a baking sheet
- Bake for 20 minutes until caramelized. Transfer to a large bowl
- Mix balsamic vinegar with maple syrup in a separate bowl and then pour over roasted Brussel Sprouts
- Toss well
