Peanut Butter Acai

Ingredients

Acai

  • 1/2 small banana
  • 1 1/2 tsp natural peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 100 g pack frozen acai
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk

Toppings

  • 1/2 small banana
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 1/2 tsp natural unsalted peanut butter

Instructions

  • In a blender, add banana, acai pulp, strawberries, blueberries and milk
  • Blend it all together , first on low than on high speed
  • Pour acai purée into a bowl and arrange toppings
