Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F°
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper
In a large bowl, whisk together all ingredients, first wet then dry
Mix until just well combined
Transfer into prepared loaf pan
Bake 45-50 minutes or until a knife comes out clean and the top is browned
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing

Store leftovers in refrigerator.
