Sometimes it is a little harder to eat warm meals when it is hot outside. This is a very refreshing, sweet salad. Perfect for s sunny Day.

Ingredients

  • 1 handful cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 cucumbers
  • 1/2 - 1 mango
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp balsamic vinaigrette
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 pepper

Instructions

  • Half your tomatoes, quarter the cucumber and prepare the mango
  • Place in a bowl and add olive oil, balsamic vinaigrette, salt and pepper
