Ingredients

  • 75 g Penne
  • 1/2 onion chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp hot pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 cup hemp milk
  • 1 small bunch broccolini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 handful vegan cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 F°
  • In a pot, bring water with salt to boil
  • Add penne and cook according to packaging
  • In the meantime cut the stems off the broccolini
  • Spread a Casserole dish with olive oil
  • Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl
  • Transfer into casserole dish
  • Top with some more vegan cheese
  • Bake covered for 25 to 30 minutes
