Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 ripe bananas
  • 1 flax seed egg 1 tbsp flax seed with 2.5 tbsp water
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil melted
  • 2 1/4 cup organic brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 3 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup oat milk
  • 1 1/4 cup almond meal
  • 1 1/4 cup gluten free flour blend
  • 1 1/4 cup gluten free oats

Instructions

  • -Preheat oven to 350 °F
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper
  • Make a flax seed egg
  • Mash 3 ripe bananas in a large bowl
  • Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl
  • Stir until combined
  • Pour into prepared loaf pan
  • Bake for 1 hour
  • When golden brown on top the bread is ready
  • Let cool completely before cutting
