Cacao Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Instructions

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together all the ingredients
  • Stir well until combined
  • Let the batter rest for a few 5 minutes, so your pancakes will be all nice and fluffy
  • Heat your oil in a small frying pan over medium heat
  • When the oil has heated up, pour about 1/4 cup of the batter into the centre of the pan and spread it out evenly
  • Cook for 2 to 3 minutes until small bubbles form on the surface of the pancakes and flip
  • Cook on the opposite side for 1 to 2 minutes
  • Repeat the process with the remaining batter
