Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries frozen
  • 1/4 cup oat milk
  • 3 tbsp granola
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 banana sliced
  • add any additional toppings if you want

Instructions

  • Combine strawberries with milk in a mixer and mix until smooth
  • Arrange in a bowl or in a plate and add your toppings

Notes

You can pre-make those smoothie bases and keep them in the freezer so they are ready to eat for your breakfast.
