Preheat oven to 450 F°
Soak cashews in hot water for a few minutes
Heat water in a sauce pan and cook lentils until soft, 30 to 40 minutes
Drain lentils and chickpeas, combine both in a bowl and mash together
Add the bread crumbs, combine well and form 2 round burger patties
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, flip halfway through baking
In the meantime, drain the cashews and place them in a blender with the water , mix until smooth, add water as desired
In the last minute of baking add the burger buns into the oven until warm and crispy
Prepare your burger on a plate and add any vegetables and dressings if you want
