Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1-2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions

  • Combine chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon and vanilla in a glass bowl
  • Stir well to combine
  • Cover with plastic wrap
  • Refrigerate overnight
  • Stir well before serving
  • Add some granola and raisins
