Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 °F
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Add shredded coconut to a food processor until it becomes a dough
Add coconut oil, maple syrup and vanilla extract and mix again
Form even balls out of mixture and place on baking sheet
Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown
