Line a baking sheet with parchment Paper
Add the coconut sugar, almond milk, cocoa powder and coconut oil to a medium saucepan over, lower heat
Let boil for 1 minute, remove from heat and add almond butter, rolled oats, unsweetened shredded coconut, vanilla and salt
Stir to combine
Form small balls, top with shredded coconut and place onto the prepared baking sheet
Place in the fridge for about 20 minutes
