frozen edamame

Instructions
Add rice and water in a pan
Cook over medium heat for about 20 minutes
Pat the tofu dry
Slice the pressed tofu into smaller pieces
Set the skillet over medium-high heat and add oil
Add all of the tofu in a single layer
Fry until all sides are browned and crispy
Set tofu aside and keep the skillet
Add edamame and beans
Cook for 10 minutes
Arrange everything on a plate
