Ingredients

  • 1 potato sweet or regular
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  • Wash your potato and cut into small chunks
  • Heat the oil in a skillet, when hot add your potato chunks and cook over medium heat for 20 minutes
