  • 1 cup pasta
  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 1 cup coconut milk canned
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp garlic minced


  • In a mixing bowl, add coconut milk, basil, salt, and cornstarch
  • Whisk it combine them well and set this base sauce aside
  • Over medium heat in a pan add vegetable oil and minced garlic
  • Sauté till garlic becomes golden brown
  • Add the base sauce
  • Cook till it reaches desired consistency
  • Cook pasta as per the package's instruction
  • Add pasta and cook for a minute
  • In a heavy bottomed pan, add coconut milk pasta sauce, spinach and cooked pasta
  • Cook for 3 minutes until all the ingredients combined well with each other
