  • 1 medium banana ripe
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • 2-3 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 1/4 cup raw granola
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 2 tsp hemp seeds
  • 2 tsp coconut flakes unsweetened


  • Peel banana and use a knife to cut down the center
  • Top with almond butter of choice, then coconut yogurt, granola, berries, hemp seeds, and coconut flakes
  • Best served fresh
