Energy Booster

A great way to start the day! An energizing smoothie bowl, ready in 10 minutes.

  • 2 frozen bananas (sliced)
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup granola
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds
  • Some blueberries (frozen)
  1. Combine the milk and frozen bananas in a blender and blend until having a smoothie texture
  2. Transfer into a bowl and add all other ingredients
  3. What a nice way to start the day 🙂
