Energy Booster
A great way to start the day! An energizing smoothie bowl, ready in 10 minutes.
- 2 frozen bananas (sliced)
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1 cup granola
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- Some blueberries (frozen)
- Combine the milk and frozen bananas in a blender and blend until having a smoothie texture
- Transfer into a bowl and add all other ingredients
- What a nice way to start the day 🙂
