5-Ingredient Bars
- 1 cup dates
- 1 1/2 cup oats
- 1/2 cup almonds (chopped)
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350 F°
- Process 1 cup dates in a food processor until small bits remain
- Toast oats for 10-15 minutes, until golden brow
- Place oats, loosely chopped almonds and dates in a large mixing bowl
- Warm 1/4 maple syrup and 1/4 peanut butter in a small saucepan over low heat
- Stir and pour over oat mixture and then mix
- Transfer to an 8×8-inch baking dish or other small pan lined with plastic parchment paper so they lift out easily
- Press down firmly until flattened
- Cover with parchment paper
- Put it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes
- Chop into even bars
- Keep in freezer to keep them
